CSK Auto (they operate under three different names, Checker, Schuck's, and Kragen Auto Parts, how sneaky is that?) is a company that doesn't care about it's most dedicated workers. I spent four and a half years in Store Management, and was dismissed for not signing away my workers rights in a "Release of Liability" form they presented to me.
Then they even made it so I couldn't draw unemployment while I looked for other work. I had to go to the State Appeals board here in Arizona to plead for unemployment pay, which I was awarded because I had the whole thing on tape.
The Appeals Board ruled that I was dismissed due to reasons other than misconduct at work, which only proves that I have a clean work record and was terminated unjustly. This being a right to work state, I can't legally do a THING about it. This is a company I urge you TO AVOID DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH.
