How can employers flat out lie about you & make up stuff & get away with It Is beyond me.

I was hurt on the job 11/30 after they cleaned & polished the floors, I just had gotten hired when this happend. There was also other employees who saw the accident. I was working In a nursing home.

I went to the doctor & everything he took xrays of my knee I continued to work there for about a month. After I got the xrays & showed my employer because the xray showed me knee was badly damanged.

I was fired on 01/08. They fired me due to there negligence. I did receive workman's comp disability payments of $373 weekly for all of 2008. I had to have knee surgery In June which I am still recovering from.

I had to get a lawyer 05 because the workers compensation stopped my payments trying to make me suffer, I was without money for 6 weeks. I did get my money started back & I got everything what I didn't receive for the 6 weeks totaling $2800 almost $3,000.

My lawyer recently got the employer & workers compensation people & there lawyer to settle for my accident & the wrongful terminantion. I got $15,000 for the accident but I had to take a loan for $2200 to pay my house & bills caught up.

My lawyer also had to take his 15% so I only got $10,000. My employer offered to my lawyer for the wrongful termination $100,000 they are getting that money ready know.

After two months of my accident on 11/30, I received a complaint from the alabama board of nursing I was being accused of placing medication on a patients food tray. The entire 20 years I have been a nurse I never had a complaint filed agaisnt my license.

This all had do to with my accident on 11/30. They where just retaliating agaisnt me because of the workmans comp claim. I received the complaint letter on 02/08.

They told this lie to the unemployment office. My lawyer said It would be fine for me to apply for my unemployment. They told this story to the unemployment office, & I got denied but I am appealing.

I am giving the unemployment office copies documents & dates & the date of my doctors visit & the date I was fired. Because this all lines up with my accident I had on 11/30.

And I received a complaint agaisnt my license on 02/08 two months after I had the accident. They also got other employees to lie about me saying they saw me do this & waited two weeks later to file the complaint.

Well I am not worried I know I haven't done anything I never would do this because I know I am not suppose to do It, but they can lie & do whatever they want.
