Telephone fraud

This company called, I did not get the mans name. Because when I put the phone on speaker phone and begin to ask him specific questions, he would not give me any answers to my questions. He begin to insult me and tell me in a very irritable tone, that I was not listening to him and to allow him to finish what he was telling me. He also told me I had bought an vacation plan from him in May, which I had not. I told him at first that I thought he may have the wrong person and he told me he did not have the wrong person and that I was just throwing basically $300 dollars away. I ask him to send me the information by mail on the plan I had supposedly purchased and he told me he had already sent me information and would not send more. I told him I thought he was a scam and hung up. My husband recently passed and I have been through a lot of difficult circumstances this year and I do not feel that consumers should have to tolerate such telephone calls.
