I have been buying a computer, printer and zune player off of dell. I noticed that when my payments were made, the balance kept getting bigger and not smaller. I called them on wednesday to resolve the fact that i am behind right now and told them that i would send a payment today. I noticed on my bill that i have been paying for a credit protection plan, anywhere from 15 to 20 dollars a month, and i called them to ask them what that was for. The first person that answered the phone automaticaly hung up. The seecond person that answered the phone i asked what it was for and he told me that "dell does not do anything with the credit protection plan." so i asked him why i pay for it every month and he told me to hold on and then he hung up. The third person i called told me i had the wrong number and i looked, it was the same number i had been calling all along. The fourth and final call i made was answered by a man named brian. I told him that i had gotten hung up on and needed some answers. Then he hung up on me too. I started out owing them 1950.91 and now i owe them, according to them, 2142.97. I have been paying on this for over a year. I need to find out what is going on and figure out what i need to do. At the rate that i'm going i will never pay this stuff off.
