Distr.in miami sold embroidery machine without installing the updated components sent from the factory faya in china. The info i received was from a previous employee who worked for this distr. The updated components were to eleviate the electronic problems the ricoma machine was and still is having with customers. They also are fast in giving out warranties, and then covering it and sending out parts that have been previously in another used machine. I wanted to return the machine with my money back and i have never heard from them since. I am done with spending money on repair technicians and sending the machine back to the distr, because it is good money thrown into bad. The company knows that most customers do not have lawyer fees to pay and sue them. It is appalling to me for the distributor in miami to advertise for this machine and have customers be so frustrated. I have a complete log for a whole year what went down with this distributor his employees and this ricoma machine.
