In my last twenty year I have not experience any worst customer services which I experience on 1/22. I am 20 years customer and paying my bill on time on two cards. Bank of America Visa and FIA Master Card. I called because they reduce my credit line and that effects my credit. Upon calling the Bitch of BOFA closed my accounts with insulting remarks for my credit report. Which was result of Furlough since I am a state employee (CA). I dont know how to deal with this. Isaac
