They change the service of conference calling in middle of contact. When i order the magic jack i conform to give me access to my class (in free conference room) in trial time its work OK. But after 5-6 months they change the service.& my class is very important to me & i just get this service because of my class. I try to chart with them they didn't give me solution. They says to tell the provider to e-mail us but it was very old room i don't know provider. Horrible service*here are some dialog of conversation
