When my brother was wrongfully placed in jail for hitting his girlfriend i was there besides 6 other witnesses and we all wrote statements and gave them to him he was supposed to go and talk to him while he was in jail before his court date which his girlfriend lied becouse she was mad at him. He never visited him my brother had some priors for domestic violence but he did all his things for it exept turn it in i geve the paperwork to him but all he did was force my brother to take a deal that if he did anything for 3 years he would go to jail for a year and a half then on top of that do his classes over also community service for a person who wasn't guilty. Thats no wear near a good lawyer. And h wanted 5,000 for the case. Which he did not do his job. Expecially when you have so many witnesses
