This is on behalf of my brothers, who were treated unfair and did not get a fair trial. Yes, I know what they did was wrong. But they did not a a fair case they were lied to over and over again. And on my younger brothers case they did not try to get all the evidence, when they did it, it pointed the finger at my brother and not the other two that were involved because they were minors but when the state picked up on the case the two were of age. But they were not found.
In the end my brother is doing 5 years for attempting to do something and the others walked. But if someone shoots someone they get 2 years.?? Chandler P.D. Does not like my middle brother they wanted him gone and now he is for 13 years for many mistakes. Some on which were falsely accused of but as CPD say "CPD Always Win" well in this case they did. They tried linking my brother to many illegal crimes which he had nothign to do with, that was thrown out the court. Mesa court judges they just like pushing back cases and then throwing a person in jail for many years. None of them go by the book. They favor officers.
In one of my brothers cases it was the officer who ran his car into my brother. But they made it look like my brothers fault. They had an investigator point out that there was no way my brother could have hit the officer head on and the judge didn't listen to that part he just slammed him with the 13. Since my brother are now in the prison yards one has been bit by the most dangerous spiders in the US and did not get treatment for it until it already infected and going away. He still and always will have ared make on his nose which will not go away from this spider. My other brother got Empitigo from their razor that they used to shave his head and gotee with, which he does have his meds for but now he has asked to see the dentist cause his gums are bleeding and they say he has to wait 9 months. 9 months all of his teeth could fall out he is only 22yrs old he does need his teeth.
The court and prison systems are too harsh on people. And when a DO leave the yard they can go get their teeth cleaned and looked so why can't the inmates. They wait for someone to die and then make up stories on how the inmate didn't put in a work order. My younger brother saw a man bleed from everywhere cause he was not treated and he then died on his way to the hospital cause they thought if the airvac him he had a chance but he died as they lifted off. It takes them forever to realize that a person is a person and bleeds just like them.
I am writing this on behalf of my brother it thier first time in prison and its are first time ever visiting a loved one in prison. It is new to all of us. As I read the other stories I was surprisd that that goes on. No Justice!
