I was purchasing some items at Kroger and got to the register gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill and a coin coupon to purchase 6 dollars worth of items and was only given back a few coins as my change and no cash. I was ripped off from the last bit of money I had and when I tried to report it to the customer service they said there was nothing I could do I finally called the police after the store's customer service told me they reviewed the tape and told me I handed the woman a 5 dollar bill when I didn't have a 5 dollar bill only a 20 and a coin coupon from the machine that was in the store. The cops came and told me it was a civil matter and that they would contact me if this and if that. A lot of help the police are. Isn't it a crime if I take something from inside the store and isn't it also a crime if someone that works in the store doesn't give me the correct amount of change back and lies about it? What type of justice is that!?
