Screwed again

I bought a majic jack in mar one day it was working fine the next it stopped I contacted there tech support when though 3 hours trying to make it work it is broken and the want to change 10.00 shipping and handling for a new one DON"T BUY this piece of crap this is not the first time I have bought off the internet and been screwed don't buy anything on line!
