We decieded to go with Sears Home Services for our kitchen remodel. We sat down with them and figured out our new kitchen we told them that we really would like to see it done by such date, they told a more then once that it would be no problem. So we got excited when we thought we could get our kitchen done by the date we wanted. So we signed the contract. Well almost 5 weeks later and 2 day from when the kitchen was suppose to be done. They have not touch our kitchen and our cabinets are not even in yet. Our cabinets wont be in until mid month. So we decieded that this is rediculous and decieded to get back out of the contract or at least see what we would need to do. Expecting maybe some penalties. Well they wont let us out of our contract without paying 30% off our bill or the cost of the cabinets wich ever is higher. Well so we figured alright we will see if we can't just buy the cabinets at what they were charging us and then just put them in ourselves. But no they wont let us do that either. Basicly the only thing we can do is pay them 30% off our bill and get nothing in return or go ahead with having them do the remodel. At this point I don't want them to do anything and I feel they are the worst company I have ever delt with. They made promises they can not keep and expect us to just be ok with that. I will be telling everyone I know not to ever go with sears home services for anything. I talk to people all day long and have no problem letting everyone know what a horrible company it is and they it is a waste of their time and money to hire them.
