As referred by service magic, I selected All Service Lawn Care (Dusty Pitts) to repair my water sprinkler that had a leak. He came out on July 8th, and according to his receipt "repared main valve where it blew out and changed the check valve, checked system out, everything working properly. I paid Mr. Pitts $220.00. On evening of July 15th I came home to find water gushing from the water sprinkler main valve. I called Dusty Pitts and advised him of the situation. He advised he could not come out until the next morning, 7 A.M.in the mean time I had to call the water dept out to turn off the water because I was unable to do so. I was without water that night. The next morning I called Mr. Pitts around 7:30 and he never returned my calls. After not hearing back from Dusty Pitts, I called Peachtree irrigation, inc and they came out the same day to get the water to my house turned back on. They advised they would have to totally redo whatever it was the Mr. Pitts had done. Peachtree irrigation came back out on July 21st and "replaced cut of by meter, same repair but broke again." I paid them $220.00. I am requesting to be reimbused the $220.00 I paid Dusty Pitts since he did not demonstrate any professionalism to even call back and attempt to resolve my problem and I had to pay additional $200.00, for a total of $440 to have my water sprinkler repaired. I have copies of receipts for both that I can provide.
