From date of purchase 12-17-02 to date we used the RV for 2 weeks with water leaking all over inside (under the bed and front floors) and outside of the camper. The rest of the time the Coach sat in our driveway or at repair shops. We have sent registered letters to the company several times requesting a brand new Coach.
The day the Coach came back from the factory this is what it looked like. Water still leaking.
GulfStream returned the RV on July 10 for the first trip. My husband holding generator compartment open to see the water leaking out from the tank. More pictures available.
We have a work order sheet from Dusty's that stated both Gulf Stream and Dusty's were aware of the water tank problem prior to sale of vehicle. We also have a signed paper that transporters slept in the Camper during transportation to and from Factory. If we wanted a second hand camper we would have purchase a used coach. We have very clear picture pictures of the condition of the Coach prior to and after repairs. We also save all dated, emails, registered letters, and all correspondences with the company from day one.
