I purchased a warranty for a bike I bought from Crazy Freddy's back in 2007. I no longer want the warranty and want to cancel it and by right I can do so with the money being refunded. I have called countless number of times with no one returning my phone calls and no one answering my phone calls. The mgr is extremely rude and thinks of every excuse in the book to avoid helping me. The best part is they know they need to refund the money. I called Yamaha and was told all Crazy Freddy has to do is to sign a piece of paper authorizing the warranty to come off and they would adjust our principal amount to reflect that - ALL of which can be done in 1 day. I have been chasing Freddys and their rude non-responsive uncooperative team for 6 months already. I can image if they neglect a small issue like this, what kind of scams they pull on others by overcharging. If anyone wants to purchase anything I suggest you google Crazy Freddy's and read their complaints. Many of which say they over charge and they low ball customers!!! Be very aware what they tack on before you sign!!!
