I purchased a new kawasaki motorcycle from south shore motorsports on 7/13/09. The bike was totaled 2 weeks later. The other persons insurance paid for the bike. Iwent to the dealer and cancelled the warrenty, i was told it would take acouple of weeks for the refund of 1100.00 dollars. It has been 8 months of no return phone calls, being put on hold and no one coming back to the phone, i called kawasaki in december, they said the dealer never cancelled the warrenty. Isent them proof the bike was totaled. On 12/17/09 kawasaki credited the dealer back my warrenty money. After 3 more months of phone calls i was told by christine that the leinholder was paid. A month later i received another bill. I called christine back and she told me they had changed ownership, my paperwork was gone, the money was not sent to the lienholder and there was nothing else to talk about, she would not able to assist any further.
