Racist attitude and lack of proper communication

I decided to treat myself to the buffet since it rained when I had planned to play tennis on Tuesday afternoon/evening. I caught the 9 bus. Upon entering the CHOSTIX Restaurant I had to wait in line because there was a Hispanic family waiting at the register with the cashier attempting to pay for their bill. I waited in line for almost over 5 minutes because the cashier was having difficulty explaining the proper amount for the family to pay. After the family finally paid I stepped up and informed the cashier that I wanted the all-you-can eat buffet and that I wanted to eat in. I had given her my personal Visa card - she had given me a receipt to sign in which I did and she gave me my copy of my receipt. That is the usual way customers pay - if you are eating in you pay first or is that what they do to Black customers? I had also informed her what type of drink I wanted which coincided with the buffet. I had eaten two plates of food and became full and was about to leave. I wanted to give the Chinese waitress a tip which was in the amount of $3.00. Before leaving she had given me a yellow slip with the price of the buffet. I had thought as to why would she give me a yellow slip, but never questioned the waitress - assuming that she had known that I had already paid for the buffet. After I had given her the $3.00 tip - the waitress immediately rushed to the cashier and asked or told her if I had paid for the food. I immediately knew her purpose in rushing to the cashier and I stated that I would not have sat down if I did not pay for the buffet and showed my receipt to the cashier. To my dismay the cashier acted as if she had never seen me before and I was highly embarassed by her dumb reaction and highly offended. I told her that I did not believe that she is trying to act like she has never seen me before and I told her that I was not going to pay again and that the $3.00 was a tip for the waitress. As I further explained and told the waitress directly that the tip was for her - she immediately place it within her service apron. There was a Black man in restaurant and I noticed earlier that he emphasized that he would give the waitress one week to work in the restaurant and I was wondering why he was saying that. When I had exited the restaurant he told me that is how CHOPSTIX treat Black customers and they believe that all Black People are bad. I was highly disappointed upon hearing that because I have been to CHOPSTIX several times and I have never been treated like that before! I was very upset and called back to the restaurant and complained to the same cashier and seemingly she played the dumb game asking ME to please slow down talking because she could not understand me. I will never again patronize that horrific, racist atmosphere ever again and I believe that the cashier owns me an apology! I am quite sure that this particular employee, owner whatever, has been working at CHOPSTIX for quite some time and for her to make such an accusational blunder is ridiculous. When I called her on my cell phone at the bus stop - she had the stupidity of asking to come back to the restaurant and show her the receipt. I decide to disregard her request because I was still upset from the whole ordeal and I did believe that would have been a pretty scene. You know to sum all of this up as a complete blunder on the cashier and particularly the waitress is to say the least! I do not like going to CHOPSTIX very often because the place is always filled with so many Hispanics and they are growing in number particularly with the illegal immigration situation - they are becoming puffed up with their free subsidies and God knows what ever else! As an American I am getting tired of going to establishments and all I see is nothing but Hispanics working in areas where our true American teenagers or someone trying to make ends meet for their family could be working. This establishment needs to improve on their communications skills and not try to intimidate customers to make unnecessary extra charges! I am wondering if the employees who do work for CHOPSTIX are illegals immigrants! Can someone check into this?
