I purchased SODIMM 1GB PC2700 DDR 1024MB DDR333 1 GB PC 2700 RAM, eBay item number 220103856346. I sent e-mails asking for delivery information, no contact w / Ballistechs. The memory eventually showed up, and it was defective. I requested an RMA number and returned the memory to Ballistechs. After they got it, they stated in an e-mail that they had a bad batch from a supplier, and would be sending a replacement order. There has been no further contact, either by e-mail or phone.
I have sent numerous e-mails, called their phone number, and yet there has been no response.
The phone number is never answered, and the e-mails do not bounce back.
I recommend that anyone buying anything from this company be aware that their money is lost as soon as they have a problem with the product purchased.
