I'd the crispy chicken salad with Newmans ranch dressing at! 2:00 Noon. At 6:00 P.M. I turned bery nausous with abdominal cramping. Because 7:00 P.M. So far at 10:00 P.M. I've had 6 severe diahhra and vomiting but still planning. I might need to visit a healthcare facility!!! In my opinion it had been poor microorganisms about the salad.in my opinion this is actually the same Mcdonalds I acquired this before about 12 months before. This is the last straw. No further Salad!
