National shopping platium service
Went into my checking account took my money and when i got the number from bank call them lady anwered was very rude didnt even know what this service is

Went to check my bank account it wasnt right call my bank and was told all myaccount activity got the from the bank didnt understand what this was so i called the company to ask why was this amount was taken out of my account lady was rude and when i asking questions she kept interrupting me and cutting me off so i couldnt talk then when ask could i speak to someone else she said no then hung up.
