I had a receptacle cover (factory item) torn off when going though the carwash. I retrieved it from the car wash attendant and then spoke to the manager/owner, Martin King, who immediately refused ANY responsibility for it, saying that it was broken when I came in! He said I should go back to the dealership and get them to fix it!!! WHAT? It is not the monetary value of the repair, it is the blatant disregard for taking responsibility for the damages. Apparently, I was one of the luckier customers with damage, there are several people who had damage to their paint, windshields and spoilers that the owner also refused to take responsibility for.
