I Checked my checking account online and noticed that an account of mine had activity that shouldnt have any as far as withdrawls, POS, ect. Nothing that should be leaving the account. Well on 8/5 there is a check for $30.00 withdrawn. I have the option to veiw this check and when the inmage comes up it was Pay to the Order of: Payment Assistance in the amount of 30.00 authorized by customer no original signature required. I called the bank and they told me i needed to contact the 866 2357681 that was also on the check and have them credit the 30.00 but there was nothing that could be done about the charges accured for account negative daily charges as well as the NSF overdraft charges. I called the company and told them that i didnt know who they were but i didnt authorize these charges nor did i want whatever service they were trying to sale... Well they talked so fast and had a very heavy accent that i couldnt tell you what was said on their part and then they hung up. I called again and understood something aout 60 days then cancel and the person was rude. I still have the charge on my account the bank says i can come in and file some affidavit but the end result is that all i will be returned is the 30.00. Somehow it doesnt seem right..
