Direct management services inc. Isent jewelry to themvalued at apprx.$400.00 they snt me a check for $20.53

I saw the ad on tv guide channel so i thought they were reputible co. Sent my jewelry to them on 6/25/10 received a check in the amt.$20.53 what a joke. Phoned them and they told me i had 4 days to return the check if not i was SOL., i have sent the check back on 7/2/10 by express mail guaranteed to be there by 7/6/10 which is their deadline. Was told it would take 3 weeks to return my jewelry i asked why when it only takes 4days to get there they said its policy. I have tried to get a phone number for tv guide channel to let them know that this is a ripoff company but have had bno luck perhpas you can help. My jewelry was valued at approximately $400.00 by a pawn shop thats what they were willing to give me and i thought this co. Would givce me more haha.
