We got this form, which was to be completed by "June 31st)". Yes, we know there is NO such date! Calling the post master is all my husband was told when he tried to complain about it on the phone. There was always the message of she is not in. Two forms of ID would be needed for each person living or getting mail in that box. This is not a problem. Copies of driver's licenses were in with the form and other things. Apparently this is not good enough! Two were not here for any time the p.O. Was open on the 30th. They had the vehicle. I could not walk, even with my rolator down the alley to the P.O. And my husband told them. She did not even mark off my husbands ID, which he had with him! She said we'd have to all come in together with the ID's. He says okey, I'll try to get it done by June 31st! Nothing said. I have gotton mail there as a Cotton since 1969!! I don't know why this is happening! Some here work and the PO closing at 4:30 doesn't help a lot. The girl won't be available as she has an appointment before 8:00 AM in Grand Junction or Clifton and Palisade. I just do not know what to do! I tried to get this form in! I have trouble with forms, I'll admit. I have many health problems. I did my very best to get this thing in! The lady could have been much better humor! I know her treatment was not good to my husband. I need this PO box in order to actually GET my mail! These corner boxes are not safe and I get mail for people on South Peach and don't get things or magazines that are to go there. I want the PO Box so I get most of my mail. They did used to have a dexlecic or something; we'd give mail back in the mail thingie and we have not got some packages. I think that lady that reversed and messed numbers up all the time is finally retired. I hope my box is not chopped off!!! It is actually paid for!!! I certainly hope you can do something!!!
