Do not use the online Change of Address or Mail forwarding service. They charge you a $1 and then don't redeliver your mail. After we moved, between my husband and me, we called probably 6 times to customer service or specific post office that sorts our mail, were given 2 case numbers with no resolution. We'll see this time (after 6th call). If you move, use a paper (hard copy) change of address form and give it to the post office worker. We've done it in the past and everything worked just fine until the "improved" online system.
