Comitting fraud against HUD and CA government.
They are currently living under Section 8 and actually lying about income and about how many people reside in that home. They also make more then they report and should be caught by now.
Tautine Lelei is well known in the East Palo Alto area for lying and cheating her way to gain. She is a very cruel lady, She adopting two children from Samoa just to get Government benefits and Foster care benefits/stipend. She treats her adopted children cruel and the main reason for adopting them is for her own gain, Tax dependants and they don't see a dime, The real reason they are here is to care for her grandchildern. Joana Paaga does not report to the agency her income and they should be exposed for comitting crime against SECTION 8. There are many families out there that can't get on a waitinglist and because there are people out there who lie and cheat there ways to get what they want.
