They took my money 82.50 & never send me the product. Its been 4 months Internet

3/19 I order from cheap-24h.com they never sent me what I odered but took my money right away now its 6/23 & still I write them talk to them on the phone They say the parcel was lost thier waiting for it to be sent to them if the pacel was lost why is it be sent to them They come with lie after lie after lie with me. They stole 82.50 form a disabled person who takes care of his dementia mother & they just steall money my e-mail is
