On Sept 22 I ordered from Cheap 24 Cigarette Shop. 5 weeks later I emailed them told them they had not been delivered. They sent an email saying they got caught up in customs and would reship. 2 months later I emailed them again and said I still did not recieve could I get my money returned. They told me they would reship that issues with customs was fixed and they could not refund my money as they are having problems with their payment system. I have sent several emails and all they keep telling me is that they are going to resend and to expect my shipment within two weeks or 9-15 days.
This company is a fraud and I hope to be able to help someone else from not buying from them.
