Cheap O Air sold me a flight ticket that didn't work. I paid them $2500 and the next day they sent me an email saying that my flight was not working because one of the airline's schedule didn't fit with another airline. So I asked them for a refund. They said it takes 7 to 14 days to get the refund. I told them I can't wait that long because I need to use that money to buy another ticket and if I wait that long the tickets will become expensive since I have to fly at a specific date. They said they can't do anything. I started talking to them around noon. I finished talking with them around 7pm. They kept on putting me on hold several times. And sometimes it takes more than half hour. And one of the guys in billing was so unhelpful and mean and when I told him to give me his boss to talk to, he also put me on hold and it took longtime to the point that I had to hang up. They were so unhelpful and they caused me a lot of stress. I buy flight tickets all the time and I have never encountered a business as bad as Cheap o air. I am very fair person. I have never complained about a business before, but this Cheap o air made me so angry that I had to write these words. Doing business with them cost me 500 Dollars which I lost and I will never see again. I wish I can sue them but I don't know how. Please help me get my 500 dollars back which I lost. Cheap O Air should not let me buy the ticket if the flight has a problem. They shouldn't let the computer accept payment if the flight doesn't work. I hate this company and I will never do business with them and I will let people I know about my bad experience with them.
