I can't say enough about the product quality and customer service. Joe helped me with an older computer that some said to throw out. Secure Remote Support went through the entire computer and it was like new. Speed and security are now good for a few more years. They also provided service after the sale when I installed new RAM a few weeks later. I was amazed at how easy it was. Log the technician into your system and leave it. No carting the computer to the store for repair, no big box store bills and NO worries. I will use Secure Remote Support for all my future computer repair needs.
