I upgraded my speed from 1.5 to 3Mb. My phone line got disconnected while i was away. I came back and got my phone line running again. Took DSL Extreme 10 days to get my line up and running again. They extended my contract and now they are saying that i can't get 3Mb anymore because i am too far away. Don't waste you time with this company. You will be better off dealing directly with the phone company. DSLExtreme now wants me to pay $250 for early termination.
