Phone went out. Called and they said it would be fixed on Tuesday a week later! Showed up but was not able to fix the problem. Said they would send someone out the next day. Two days later i got a call from tech who was on his way. Did not know someone else had been out and also could not fix the problem. Next day they got it fixed but left the wiring in a mess along the back of the house. Called and they said they would get somone out to take care of it. Two days later i saw someone up on the pole in the back yard. Then the phone wouldn't work again. Called again and they said they would have someone out the next day. 4 days later i noticed the phone lines were put up but phone did not work still. Called and they said they were told it was fixed and they would get somone out later ion the day. That evening and it still is not working. The recording says it will be fixed on Thursday... 3 days from now!!! Not counting on it.
