Phone out 13 days despite four technician visits
To sum it up. After 13 days about 6 phone calls, and 4 visits from a technician. I still do not have a working phone. I have repeatedly been told they will be out today to fix it just to have someone not show up. Latest was today. Now the automated system which of course is all I can get on the ...
