Today i went to return some items. I didn't see any porblun with that, my turn came in line and i gave the the guy my items. He punched the items in, on checking my shoes he told me that they were not on the slip. Seems when i paid for them the gal swapped the code on the box which i didn't have i told the gal to toss out the box, they wouldn't give me my money. It seems that i paid 24,99 for the shoes but when the guy punched in the code from one of the shoes the cost was 17,99. I was very upset, the manager told me that it has happened many times that the shoes are in the wrong boxes. I called target and spoke to a gal and she told me to give them my name and phone nunber and she will submit the info. She told me that they will give me the money (24,99) which i had paid. So i went back in to the store and told them but i still couldn't get my money back. So i told them to call your company where i talked to a super. She didn't want to give me my money. After talking to her longer she told me to give the phone to the gal. Which i did. Finally she agreed to give me the money (24,99) which i paid for. I am very upset that a big store like yours whould make such a mistake. Hope that you will reply to this e-mail. Something needs to be done. I wonder how many others have been over charged.
