At a craft fair in Sedona I purchased a shirt set. One of the shirts was missing. Bonnie Johnson promised to send it in a week. I paid in advance. After many calls to the number on her card with mutiple messages left, she left me a phone message reporting her son-in-law had been in a bad accident and she did not have her phone with her. She claimed to have sent the missing shirt, and left a message saying she was sending another shirt marked second shipment. This was more than a week ago now. No shirts have arrived. I clearly have a problem like so many others. I would appreciate suggestions as to any action I can take.
