I have a complaint concerning my grandson that was dismissed as an employee.
I can understand why he was dismissed
but, what I can't understand is the way
the manager did it.
I was told that my grandson went to work
thinking he still had a job, however;
Under the circumstance I even questioned
it myself.
I'm wondering if maybe Walmart (this
One in particular) should have a class
on the right way and the wrong way to
Dismiss an employee.
My grandson told me the manager of the
department he was working in told him
he (manager) was going to make an
Example out of him, he told my grand-
son that he was fired in front of some
of the employees instead of doing it
privately.
If my employer fired me that way, there
would be a lawsuit.
