Walmarts customer service is horrible! They have all year to prepare for black friday events and still can't get it right. I called several days before the sale to ask about the tv i wanted because i had heard you needed to get there early enough for a ticket. I was told NO. Then when i arrived at store was told they were sold out because you needed to be there early enough to get a ticket. So i found a manager and he told me just the opposite but to find the other manager and maybe he could help. That manager told me the opposite of the other one. So 2 managers and 5 other employees later i had been run in circles and still didnt get my product. I would of stayed home and ordered it online if i hadnt been lied to several days before. Walmart employees need to get on the same page... They have all year to prepare for this ONE DAY so i would think they would know what was going on. So needless to say, i didnt spend a dime of the 2,000 i was going to in that store instead i went to stores that knew what they were doing and spent my money. I guarantee that everyone that i can complain to about this... Will hear my complaint including but not limited to the better business buraeu
