No receipt, rude services, incorrect change, possible race discrimination

A Hispanic, male, short, mid age and almost bald employee:

- put the customer waiting for half hour in the car with two frightened kids in a stormy weather - no receipt for purchase - the cashier kept part of the change without asking the customer's approval - rude and humiliating attitude
