Placed a drive through order at the 2101 Cascade ave McDonalds in Hood River OR. As i was pulling away i realized that the cashier only gave me change for a ten instead of a twenty. I backed up and told her, she said she had to call the manager. Ten or fifteen minutes later the manager (Leticia George) finally comes to me and says sorry but there is nothing she can do. Very discouraged at the lack of customer respect i received from this location and i hope its not Representative of the corporate business model that McDonalds is teaching.
