I unfortunately did my taxes in 2008 by Liberty tax's incompetent person who was hired off the streets. She was constantly checking her cell phone, answering it when it rang and discussing with the Liberty's Manager where they were going party that evening. Finally her disgusting and rude behavior manifested when she completely stopped processing my taxes to buy perfume from a man she did not know, fifteen minutes later she told him "she was broke and didn't have the money". This year 2010 IRS contacted me and told me I was withholding income from them from but it was these idiots who did not enter one of my W-2 forms and because I signed the copy of my tax return I am responsible NOT Liberty tax. So now I owe $7,000 in penalty's and taxes. Oh and it gets better, NY State is after me because in 2008 I was NOT supposed to of received my Earned Income Credit because apparently I make to much. I owe them thousands of dollars. I paid these so called "Tax professionals" $464.00 to rip me off. I now have contacted a lawyer to help me because you seriously can not do this on your own and I would not recommend it either. There are plenty of tax attorneys who will represent you pro bono. I have some advice... Read EVERYTHING before you sign it and do your own taxes with Turbo tax or go to free tax locations set up by individual states that help hard working mothers and poor people not be taken advantage by these LOAN SHARKS.
