My child was enrolled in rainbow kidz childcare 24 hour center since the age of six weeks he's now 19 months old, I told (the director of the center Ms. Candy) that my work hours have changed and my son will be getting picked from the center later than usual i told her the time he will be getting picked up would be (12:30 am) and i presented to her a note from my job verifying my work hours (3:30pm to 12: am) so she had a very nasty attitude about the timing situation so i called her boss (the owner of the childcare center Ms. Katrina) about Ms. Candy nasty attitude so Ms. Katrina call Ms. Candy and later that day Ms. Candy call me back and told me that they last child leave at 11:30pm and with my child staying there until 12:30 he will be the only child there so it will be best for me to find him another center to go too. So i feel like they false advertising 24hr child care center when they are not they close at 11:30pm and reopen at 5:30am and i were really offended when she got a nasty attitude about my child staying later when then suppose to be a 24hr childcare center anyway.
