I took my vehicle to the service department for its 60K checkup and to purchase tires. I gave specific instructions to the Service Advisor Ritch Pearson. "There is an empty rim in the bed. I want the right rear tire put underneath the bed as the spare, the other 3 tires and the rim to be mounted with new rubber." The right rear tire had less than 5000 miles on it at the time. While I didn't check immediately (my fault, and Ritch was out on a test drive) I called within 24 hours of the pickup time when I finally noticed the rim still in the bed. I called Ritch back several times, finally reaching him. He said the original tires were gone and he'd see what he could do to get me a replacement tire. I've heard nothing from him for over a week.
