I was attending school at AIU South Florida Campus back in 2005. I left the school without withdrawing correctly because my mother had pass away. I never went back to the school after that I contacted Sallie Mae about my loans so I could keep them in a good standings how this one got out the bag and the other ones didn't I don't know all of them were suppose to be postpone due to my finances in case I decided to back to school after my mother funeral. Now it's June 08th and I wanna go back to school but online instead. So this time I contacted AIU Online I spoke with a Allison Cummins and she started getting my process going then all of a sudden all my paperwork process came to a stand still she called me and said when you were attending our AIU South Florida Campus you left oweing a balance and they won't take the hold off your account until you pay it I said ok I will call them and pay it so we can move on with the process. I gave the school a call and spoke with a Andrea Morrison she told me that I needed to pay a balance of $412.00 for my books and supplies then she could take the hold off the account but I needed to contact this agency by the name of Conserve to pay it so thats what I did called them up and paid it, that's when everything took a turn for the worst I call back to the school again and spoke with Andrea Morrison she told me she received my payment but she still couldn't take the hold off the account because I was still oweing a balance for something else I said to her well why didn't you tell me about this other balance when I spoke with you the first time she couldn't say nothing to me and proceeded to tell me to contact another person which was Dawna May I then spoke with this lady and she told me that I had a Private Loan that needed to be paid and the amount was 8,000 then changed to 11,000 now it's 16,000 I said to her well I wasn't going to school for that long for the balance to be so high I only received $1,745 three times which adds up to 5,236 she said well let me look into it and get back to you so a few days pass by and she never got back to me so I contacted the Director of Finance through email which was Travis Brown he got on top of my case very quickly and found that the amount I said I was oweing was in fact true and got a hold of Dawna May to fix it so she sent me a email attch. Showing the change and also inform me to contact Conserve and set up a payment plan and pay 10% percent of the balance then she could take the hold off my account now when I contacted this Collection Agency by the name of Conserve I spoke with a Brett at that office he told me that on May 28th he received a call or email by Dawna May stating the amount that they had on record was wrong that the new balance was now 10,045 due to intrest fees, taxes, etc... I said well the amount is still wrong he urged me to Contact Dawna May to get a print out concerning this account and that's what I did so I sent her another email about this she kept telling me to contact Conserve about this account they have all your info. So I felt like I was getting the run around with theses two and getting no where so I contacted Travis Brown once again concerning this issue still im getting the run around with him as well I don't understand what the problem is all I wanna know is my correct balance showing what all theses fees are for it to double 5,000 extra Dollars and not only that Conserve is saying 16,000 in Collection fees show me the proof it's seems like a scam to me nobody can get their story straight on this. Any lawyers and news 12 if your reading this Please Help Me It's Time That I Fight Back It's The Law That You Give Me The Information That I Am Requesting
