When you have to send a, don't doit with this specific advantages shop! I called and asked to cancel a i'd used on saturday. The dog owner, raja, was extremely rude and beligerant within the phone as well as hungup on me before i might explain what i required. Their state later was he "had too many customers at that time" - as though that gave him the right to deal with me in this surly and disgraceful method.

In response to this conduct, i quickly went for the location to rectify the problem. After i got to the store to request that our shippment be ended he explained i'd not directed the package at his shop. Fortunately the employee who helped me on saturday was there to help me and return my package in my experience.

Raja appeared to believe overlooking my needs like a spending client, dangling on me, and talking over me after i tried to describe our sittuation, can be an appropriate way to conduct business. He actually taunted me and explained there is no body i possibly could record him to because he owns the buisness and reports to no body. Well he does report to someone at that's the clients.

Don't ship your package at this store! It's clear he doesn't benefit their clients - and because that's clearly the event - possibly potential prospects shouldn't patronize their company, and support another business who likes their customers and offers customer support commensurate to that perspective.
