This Safeway comes with an employee operating in the support table that's extremely rude. I submitted a problem using the store-manager, (no reaction or callback). I submitted a problem using their local customer support that was suppose to become submitted to both store-manager and also the area supervisor (no response) This event happed on July 9 @ 9:13am Sunday, it's today Thursday everning September 13 but still no response. The event: I waited with another client for five units in the support desk for assistance. The worker was within an office next to the support table. Not once did she change look-out of the screen to determine if there have been any clients waiting. And so I bumped about the office window. The worker came storming from the workplace yelling 'WHO DI N THAT?"!!! I responded, "I DID SO" "YOU'VE TWO CUSTOMERS WHICH HAVE BEEN WAITING HERE FOR TEN UNITS." It when downhill from there. I expected her to contact the supervisor because of her excessive disrespect, I really could not think that she thought she might talk to a person the way in which she was talking with me using the sensation of impunity. But evidently she was right, she's for me gotten away with this specific conduct with no term from her manager or even the area supervisor. All she'd to complete was in the future from the workplace, apologize for not being mindful (viewing to determine if clients were in the support table) after which ask me how might she help me. I talked to her supervisor in the shop, his reaction was, "I Will contact you", no apology that from the, and definitely not an apology in the worker. I named their local office for Co shops and was guaranteed that both store-manager and also the area supervisor could be delivered the criticism that I posted. As stated I'venot noticed from either of these. This store has recently been through a update, wishing to lure more towards the more upscale clients which have recently started to look there because of all of the new renovations and completely new high-rise condo structures which are being constructed close to the shop. Personally, I have already been buying there for a long time, but WOn't set base inside it again. Today I truly understand what it is like to become one individual facing a sizable company that may care less about you.
