Comcast turned off my digital cable on 6/28/05 and after repeated requests for it to be turned on and failures, I finally got it turned back on 9/15/05. However, Comcast refuses to give me a credit of $110 for July and August when I didn't receive that service. They have hung up on me, not responded to my emails, have refused to issue a credit, put me on hold and never come back to the phone, sent me to the advertising department instead of a supervisor. Today is the last straw, I know that I have rights to dispute those charges and they won't even provide me with an address for billing disputes.
I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint on them for billing errors and not correcting the problem, and I will be contacting the PRC for this matter. They claim that they don't have the disconnect on my file or the restoral of service.
I am angry and very digusted with this company right now.
