I had a fire in my home and my payments fell behind and a notice was served in reference to an auction of my storage contents. I struggled to catch up my payments in the meantime extra space cut my lock off my storage without me knowing and placed their lock on. When I made the final payment to restore my storage before the auction could take place I was informed of this action. I bought a new lock for my storage only to find an expensive oriental rug and television was missing. Today I am conducting an inventory of my belongings and filing suit on Monday after I leave the police station. When I questioned the management about the missing items I was told they have pictures and these items were not there. Well hello I have pictures also. Also I am unable to access my account online. Please advise.
