Jack Rankin of To Keep it Clean took a payment of $200.00 from my company for cleaning services which were never performed (due to personal problems with Jack). I have repeatedly contacted the company via e-mail (the phone number I had has been disconnected and they only list a p.O. Box for an address).initially, the manager of the company responded with "they are working on the refunds and it would be taken care of" and the last 2 e-mails were given absolutely no response by Jack or his company Manager. Do not hire this company or Jack Rankin. When they did get the work done, it was sub-par. My bad for not getting rid of them sooner, I just wanted to give Jack and his company a chance (more than once).
