I went into the office to speak to Antonio Sims, he explained to me that they had lawyers working with them to find errors in my loan on my home and that they would go to the morgage company to get my loan papers to review them, and i would recieve a loan modifcation after 90 days. After 90 days i start calling and Mr. Sim was not returnning my call, so i called him on his personal phone and he stated that he did not work with the company any more. Mr. Sims game me another person to contact Mr. James he was not returning my calls so I went to the office. The office looked so empty i spoke to Mr. James and i ask why is the phones allways full it was not that way before. I called the number to the front desk wile sitting in him office to prove to him that no one could call. Mr. James told me the morgtage had all the paper work and was working on the modification. I called the morgtage company and they said no one had contact them. I wrote a letter requesting my money back, they sented me a letter sending me to another company, after i payed them $1995.00.
