Fraudulent credit card charges to Am Ex bill

I just noticed today that on May 1st my Am Ex card was also charged $79.95 (the same amt as the first consumer I read about). I just disputed this with Am Ex. We have made no purchases with this company and its fraudulent... Shame on Am Ex for not monitoring this better if they have had other complaints. Big time shame on the folks doing it. What goes around, comes around.
